LEADERS Duarte Elvas Creative Lead Since becoming a full-time staff designer for Sarofsky in 2013, Duarte has worked on countless high-profile projects. Among those are commercials for Absolut Vodka, CenturyLink, Nike/Brand Jordan, Michelob and Verizon, main title sequences for several television series, and the main titles for Marvel’s blockbusters “Captain America: The Winter Soldier,” “Guardians of the Galaxy,” “Ant-Man,” “Captain America: Civil War,” “Doctor Strange,” and “Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 2 and Vol. 3.” Duarte earned his Master of Fine Arts degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) Motion Media Design program in 2013, after graduating from SCAD with his BFA in Film and Television in 2003 and beginning his career in the broadcast industry. For more than five years, he was a motion graphics designer for both SPTelevisão and Iniziomedia in Lisboa, Portugal. Chosen by SCAD Atlanta to serve as alumni mentor for the Motion Media Design program for the 2016/2017 academic year, Duarte has also spoken to numerous large-scale design industry audiences on behalf of Sarofsky.
